Story and Character

(2024) For the 2024-25 Blizzard WoW Student Art Contest, I designed, modeled and textured this NPC. His design is inspired by one of my favorite bugs, the mole cricket.

(2024) The model sheet I drew for my walk cycle assignment from my freshman year at CIA.

(2023) As a part of a collaborative class project to write and illustrate a children's storybook for 2D Design, I was tasked with drawing the model sheet for a skeleton character. The rest of the class would be using this model sheet as reference while they drew their assigned pages of the book, so I drew additional expressions and hand references that would be relevant to the story.

Environment and World

(2024) The layered background I created for the same walk cycle assignment. Split across 10 layers, I wanted to create a sense of atmosphere and scale, not just through colors and light, but also by including story details that suggest the world has a history of its own.

(2022) An environment concept I painted inspired by settings from a webcomic called Homestuck.

(2023) A concept painting I did for a local Dungeons and Dragons game, themed around a city inhabited by dinosaur-riding lizard people.
